Ministry of Education and Culture of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia launches the 4th phase of the 2019

For the attention of students!

Ministry of Education and Culture of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia

launches the 4th phase of the 2019 "Successful Youth Support Program"!

Target groups are IDPs from Abkhazia, namely:

• Professional students of authorized vocational education institutions;

• Authorized higher education institutions (bachelors, masters students);

• residents of authorized medical / dental institutions.

Co-financing is defined as: 

• 500 GEL - for students of Authorized Higher Education Institutions (Bachelors, Masters) and Residents of Authorized Medical / Dental Institutions (academic performance calculating by average arithmetic scores of last semester at 80 to 90%);

• 700 GEL - in case of students of authorized higher education institutions (bachelors, masters) and residents of authorized medical / dental institutions (academic performance by calculating average arithmetic score of last semester 90% or more);

• 300 GEL - for professional students of authorized vocational education institution.

During the full training period (taking into account all stages of training) the same person is funded only 2 times within the program. Also, the same person is not funded twice in one calendar year.

The applicant is required to submit the following documents:

• statement;
• Copy of ID card;
• Copy of IDP certificate;
• A certificate from a school that is an active student / resident;
• Recommendation / characterization from the school;
• Study card (commission guided by last semester data);
• Certificates, certificates (if applicable) of relevant documentation proving success and exceptional achievement;
• Invoice (A statement of the annual tuition fee paid by the person, indicating the amount of tuition left at the time of application)..

Applications will continue until November 30!
