Online international scientific discussion on the topic - Topical issues of necessary repulsion and urgency in criminal law

Tbilisi Humanitarian University, a partner organization of the Law Scientists, will hold an online international discussion on "Urgent Repulsion and Urgency in Criminal Law" on November 18, 2021 at 19:00.

Speakers:

Gustavo Balmaseda Hoyo (Chile) - Doctor of Law, University of Salamanca (Spain), Professor of Criminal Law, Academic Director of the Chilean Law Center, Lawyer, Author of over 40 scientific publications.

Kakha Tsikarishvili (Georgia) - Member of the Law Scientists, Professor at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs.

The Union of Law Scholars and the international journal Herald of Law invite representatives of academia, universities and the government, as well as practicing lawyers, judges, judges and prosecutors to attend the event.

The discussion will take place within the framework of the pilot project "Online Scientific Discussions".
