Prof. Nona Gelitashvili's working visit to the German Partner University

On October 10, 11 and 12, 2023, Professor Nona Gelitashvili, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management, was on a working visit in Germany after she had received an invitation from the Technical University of Aschaffenburg (Technische Hochschule Aschaffenburg), which has been a partner of the Tbilisi Humanitarian Educational University since 2019.

Especially for Professor Nona Gelitashvili, German colleagues had created a very rich and interesting three-day program, including visits to the Aschaffenburg and Miltenberg campuses, meetings with colleagues, as well as familiarizing her with the Obernburg Scientific and Industrial Center (Zentrum für Wissenschaftliche Services und Transfer (ZeWiS) in Obernburg).

During the planned visit, Professor Nona Gelitashvili met with those responsible for the internationalization of the Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences - a representative of the Faculty of Business Administration and Law - Prof. Alexandra Angress, and from the University administration - vice-president, prof. Holger Paschedag, as well as the head of the international office, Ernst Schulten, will discuss specific plans to deepen bilateral relations between the Georgian and German sides and implement joint projects.

This visit will contribute to deepening and expanding ties between our universities in the future.
