On March 2, 2024, at 12:00 p.m., an online scientific discussion on the topic, "Mechanisms for speeding up the consideration of cases in court - international experience and Georgian legislation" will be organized by the partner organization A(a)ip-"Union of Law Scholars" of Tbilisi Humanitarian University.

Representatives of scientific circles, universities and authorities, lawyers, judges, prosecutors and practicing lawyers can participate in the discussion.

Speakers:

Kakha Tsikarishvili - Professor of the School of Law and Politics of the Institute of Public Affairs, member of the Union of Law Scholars.

"Reasons for delays in cases, international standards for speeding up cases"

Shalva Kurdadze - Doctor of Law, professor of Andria Georgian University, member of the board of the Union of Law Scholars.

"Legal mechanisms of case acceleration in Georgia

The final part will be devoted to discussion.
