Project - Science is the Captain

The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia is implementing the project "Science is Captain", which won the European Researchers' Night "Horizon 2020" framework program "Horizon 2020". The aim of the project is for the society to better understand the positive impact of the activities of scientists on the daily life of each citizen, to motivate young people to choose a research career and to strengthen the image of a scientist in society.

Persons working in the field of science, education and culture are involved in the implementation of this grant project. Within the framework of the project, a special website has been created: www.captain2020.ge, which contains information about the leading scientific centers in Georgia and their research, video lectures by young and talented scientists, results of various science competitions, conference materials, information on EU higher education institutions. About spaces, as well as fun science games, etc.

In order to provide information and popularization of science to the general public in Georgia, as well as to evaluate and further refine the activities implemented within the project, please read the information posted on this website (www.captain2020.ge) and complete the online questionnaire.
