Cycle of Public Lectures - "Law and Legislation"

(Phase II)

On May 29, 2021, a public lecture on "Debtor Legal Status in Rehabilitation Mode" was held at the Faculty of Law of Tbilisi Humanitarian University using the online platform ZOOM, led by Mary Ketiladze, a doctoral student at the Caucasus International University.

The public lecture was attended by undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students from various universities.

Meri Ketiladze spoke interestingly about the importance and purpose of the debtor rehabilitation regime. The necessity of the debtor's existence in the rehabilitation regime, his legal status, powers and obligations. In addition, the lecture discussed the benefits of the law and the legislative proposals proposed by it.

The above issue has aroused great interest among students. A public discussion was held at the end of the lecture.
