General overview of the criminal justice process

 

On 10.02.23 "National Championship in simulated criminal trials" - the second training was held at the Tbilisi Humanitarian University.

Topic: Functions and rights and duties of the prosecutor, lawyer, judge and jury.

Trainer: lawyer, trainer of lawyer-psychologists group, head and organizer of the course - Mariam Maglakelidze.

Topic: General overview of the criminal justice process.

Important issues were discussed within the training.

Participants were actively involved in the training, many questions were asked and many interesting opinions were voiced.
