On February 11, 2023, Giorgi Kevkhishvili, the head of the lawyer-psychologists group, conducted another training within the framework of the "National Championship in Mock Court".

Topic: Admissibility of evidence in court. Within the framework of the training, the following were discussed:

 

  • Discovery and collection of evidence;
  • Procedural attachment of evidence;
  • Verification of evidence;
  • Evaluation of evidence and others

Trainer: Lawyer of the Legal Georgia law firm, Master of Laws, Acting director of the Lawyer-psychologists group, official trainer of CAL and LPG, owner of Krav Maga - Level B4 Giorgi Qevxishvili.

 

Students were actively involved in the training.
