VI Interuniversity Scientific Conference of Students

On May 28, 2025, at 11:00, the 6th Interuniversity Scientific Conference of Students will be held at Tbilisi Humanitarian University.

► The goal of the conference is to form/develop students' research/analytical thinking

► The conference serves to raise student awareness, identify and encourage successful students.

► Students of bachelor's, master's and doctoral educational programs of all accredited higher education institutions of Georgia can participate in the conference, in the following areas:
Scientific areas of the conference:
1. Humanities;
2. Social sciences (business, law and psychology);
3. Dentistry
4. Natural Sciences

Standards for the performance of student scientific papers:

The scientific paper must be submitted in electronic form, accompanied by a list of used literature and a summary.

Summary performance rules:

• The volume of the summary is 300 words;

• The summary must be written in Georgian and English;

• Keywords must be written in Georgian and English;

Paper submission rules:

The paper must be sent to the electronic address, it must be submitted in Georgian as a Microsoft Word document.

• Student scientific papers are accepted in Georgian or English;
• The paper includes a summary;
• The volume of the work, including the list of used literature and the summary, should not exceed 06-10 printed pages of A4 format.

Rules for formatting the article and summary:

• Font - Sylfaen;
• Size - 12;
On the title page of the work, the student must indicate the name of the topic, the participant's name, surname, name of the higher educational institution, academic degree, supervisor's name, surname - 12; Main text - 12.
• The work must be clearly structured (introduction, main part, conclusion)
• The titles of the constituent parts of the work must be formatted in bold text (BOLD)
• Citations must be made in accordance with the following style:
• Book: author's surname, name. Book title, city, publisher, date

• Article: Author's surname, in case of multiple authors separated by a comma, "Article title," Journal title, Issue number (year), page.

• Line spacing 1.5

• Page margins - 2.5 on all sides

• Each page must be numbered
The conference participant must present a 15-minute presentation using the Power Point program.

The student scientific conference will be chaired by a jury, which will select the winners based on the above criteria and will be awarded a certificate of participation in the conference, while the reviewed papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

^ Stage I - April 26, 2025 - Electronic registration
^ Stage II - May 20, 2025 - Submission of completed papers
^ The conference will be held on May 28
