
Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia Offer for students and graduates!
In order to support students, the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia has started accepting electronic applications within the framework of the social program.
For the purpose of funding with a state educational grant, students enrolled in accredited educational programs of Bachelor's degree, Integrated Bachelor's and Master's degree in teacher training, Integrated Master's degree in veterinary medicine, and Diplomate of Medicine/Dentistry will be able to submit electronic applications within the framework of the social program.
Applications will be accepted from September 8 to September 29, 2025, electronically, only based on online registration, at the following link:
Within the framework of the social program, the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia will finance 16 categories of students:
- Graduates of schools with the status of high-mountainous villages;
- Students from the occupied territories;
- Children of those who died in combat operations for territorial integrity, veterans with severe/significant disabilities as a result of combat operations or their children;
- Orphaned (fatherless) students;
- Members of large families (4 or more children), students with the status of parents of many children;
- Socially vulnerable students (with a family rating score of 70,000 and below);
- Students who were under state care;
- Graduates of Azerbaijani-language schools;
- Graduates of Armenian-language schools;
- Students who had obtained the status of repatriate;
- Graduates of schools in villages adjacent to the dividing line with the occupied territories;
- Students with disabilities;
- Persons with autism spectrum disorder;
- Children of military personnel of the Ministry of Defense of Georgia who died while serving in international peace and security operations or other peacekeeping operations, or who died as a result of injuries sustained in these missions, persons with a clearly/significantly expressed disability status as a result of peacekeeping operations, or their children;
- Children of military personnel who died in the line of duty in the system of the Ministry of Defense of Georgia;
- Persons who, during their studies at a general educational institution of Georgia, were beneficiaries of the “Support to Inclusive Education” program, “Second Chance for Education with Social Inclusion” sub-program, implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, as Roma adolescents.
