Cycle of Public Lectures - "Law and Legislation"
(Phase II)
On May 18, 2021, a public lecture was given at the Faculty of Law of the Tbilisi Humanitarian University using the Online Platform using ZOOM, on the topic - "Adequacy in Civil Law and the Status of Recipient of Support to Changes in the Civil Code", led by Lela Nadibaidze.
The public lecture was attended by undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students from various universities.
Professor Lela Nadibaidze interestingly presented the peculiarities of the legal capacity of persons in civil law, paying special attention to the changes made in the law regarding the status of the recipient of support. He also spoke about the elements of tortious liability in a legally binding relationship and the general basis for damages.
The above issue has aroused great interest among students. A public discussion was held at the end of the lecture.
